S. M. Gray is Starks Byron's Litigation Paralegal. She was born and raised in Massachusetts, and obtained both her undergraduate degree and Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University.

S. M. Gray started her journey in law at an insurance defense firm and later transitioned to the personal injury plaintiff's side where she has now been for 23 years. She has 4 kids ranging in age from 28-5 and 4 grandchildren. S. M. Gray has a dog, a cat, and two turtles. In her free time, she enjoys reading and watching true crime. S. M. Gray also enjoys hanging out with her children, swimming, cooking and lunch or dinner dates with her dad. S. M. Gray's favorite quote is "whatever makes your soul happy... do that". When asked what makes her smile, she will tell you that seeing her kids happy is #1 on the list.
